a supply booster
to start, cut the tops off of 2 heads of garlic
with a sharp knife, place on foil, drizzle with olive oil, and then
scrunch the foil around the garlic to form a little “hershey kiss”
looking thing. Pop it in a 400* oven for at least 60 minutes, or as

a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta of your choice.
this recipe is particularly suited to Penne or Rotini. whatever
quantity is fine, i make about 3 cups cooked of pasta.
once the
garlic is roasted, squeeze it out of the heads into a small bowl, mush
well, and add a tablespoon of butter. mix well.
drain pasta,
and throw another tablespoon + of butter to the pan and allow to melt.
Add the garlic/butter mixture and the pasta and mix well. add about
1/3-1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mix well and serve.
